Our first public Community Song Workshop for 2025.  All ages welcome!

The monthly Community Jazz Jam is trying out the brunch time slot in 2025.  Some folks have trouble driving after dark, or schedule conflicts.  If there is enough interest in keeping an evening jam going, we will add that as well.

Join us for our monthly family-friendly Community Jazz Jam. All levels and styles of jazz players welcome, as well as spoken word performers, and dancers.

For Jazz Appreciation Month, Creative SEA is co-sponsoring a jazz concert with Austin Jazz Society, and American Federation of Musicians Local 433.  It will feature younger Austin jazz artists, artists working on new projects, and also honoring Austin jazz artists who have passed on. That’s what Community Song Workshop is about.We gather in a relaxed setting to share songs and find common ground through music.Donations Welcome! All Ages & Musical Levels.This project is supported in part by the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
